- Advertising and promotion of the sale on social media sites
- Manage appraisals if needed (cost, if any, reflected in final report)
- Manage the planning of the actual sale logistics.
- We maintain licensure and insurance
- We maintain direct contact with you for any questions or concerns at any time.
Sale Days
- Host and staff sale for determined days and times.
- Greet, assist, answer questions from potential buyers.
- Make the sales- maximize profits
- Follow neighborhood regulations and consider any inconvenience to neighbors while keeping our client's needs first.
- Maintain safety for buyers
- Provide video/ audio surveillance to deter theft
After the Sale
- Prompt reconciliation of inventory/ sales/ and pay-out
- Provide detailed sales report
- Execution of predetermined disposition of unsold items- donate, dispose or continue to sale on other platforms.
- Possible out right buy-out of unsold items
- We leave your home as outlined in our service agreement- options range from broom cleaned to fully staged and show ready!
